1. Do I need a referral?

No, you do not need a referral to see a physiotherapist.

Your physiotherapist is also able to refer you on to other medical and allied health professionals where
it is appropriate.


2. Do I need to bring anything or wear anything in particular?

Bring any x-ray or scans that are relevant to your condition or injury with you. Wear comfortable clothing
if possible. If it is a lower limb injury please bring shorts.


3. Is parking available?

Yes.

At Silo Virgin Active we can validate your parking ticket which will give you 2 hours of free parking.
You can park underground at the Silo -follow the signs to VA.

At BUC in Sea Point you can park on the street or underground in the Point Centre. Unfortunately
we cannot validate your ticket for parking here.


4. Do I need to pay for the visit at the time?

Yes. We have a card facility available at each practice. Once you have paid, we will email you
a statement with the relevant codes, which you can then submit to your Medical Aid.


5. Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes. We do understand that life happens and will try to be accommodating if possible.
We do have a 12-hour cancellation policy. It is both unfair to other clients waiting for appointments and
us if you cancel last minute.
