There is nothing fun about being injured, but you want the very best people to help you get back on track. These are those people.

A dedication to athletes

As keen sportspeople, Ashleigh and Grethe understand the desire to get back to their best as quickly as possible. The passion you have to be at your best is not something that is lost on them.

Ashleigh has worked with athletes at all levels including forming part of the medical teams that travelled to Rio de Janeiro for the 2016 Olympic Games, Bahamas for the 2017 Youth Commonwealth Games and most recently Tokyo for the 2020 Olympic Games.

We aim to use evidence-based treatments to make sure the rehabilitation process is simple, effective and long-lasting.
